The Paleta de Cebo de Campo comes from specimens of the Iberian breed that live most of their life outdoors in the Dehesas. Thanks to constant movement and a natural diet integrated with high quality cereals, the meat develops a tender texture and an extremely fragrant infiltrated fat.

Advice for conservation and use:
Once received, if you don't consume it right away, keep it vacuum-packed in a cool place. Once opened, wrap the part of the cut with plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator. To enjoy it at its best, always slice it cold (for greater precision) but let it rest on the plate for 10-15 minutes before serving it: the heat of the environment will awaken the scents of the pasture.
