Don't be fooled by the name: Iberian Black Pudding (known in Spain as Morcilla) is a seasoned cold cut of excellence. Our version is produced exclusively with acorn-fed Iberian pigs, which gives the product a sweetness and creaminess impossible to find in common versions.
